Why the Name Change?

A:

I changed it for 3 reasons: 

God revealed to me that I was entering into a new season personally. And with that also comes a new season for my business with a new perspective of what I am trying to do which includes a new name, a totally new online boutique. But we are still keeping all the good stuff that came with idp Greek Boutique. 😉

SECOND REASON: There were too many vendors with the name  "greek boutique" name. WHO KNEW? 🤷🏾‍♀️ I didn't!  So I decided on a name that sounded good, was short and stands out, well I hope it does.🤣

AND LASTLY, I've received a lot of requests to offer non-greek clothing and clothing for other membership organizations. To do so, it would make sense to drop the "greek" in the name.

What is the meaning and significance of Madam37?

A:

Well... Madam is a polite way to address a woman and means lady. And since the my collections are exclusively created for women and represent me a lady, Madam seemed appropriate and catchy. 

AND...

I am #37 on my line. So I had to throw that in there too.

When will I receive my order?

A:

Orders ship within 48 hours of order submission, excluding weekends and holidays, or unless otherwise noted.

On average, you should receive your item in 5-7 business days after order submission, unless otherwise noted, for example pre-orders.

I do ship internationally!  Simply make this selection at checkout by changing the shipping country.

I got my order & I’m not happy with it? What is a queen to do?

A:

Submit a return request hereI'll do my best to make it right by offering an exchange for a more suitable item or different size. Please take a peak and review the return policy for specifics as I do not offer refunds and you must submit the request within 7 days of delivery receipt.

Q:

One of the threads I really wanted  and/or added to my wishlist is no longer available or sold out in my size, what is a girl to do?

A:

Now Queen, why did you wait around? 🤣 ... you have to grab what you like early.  😉

Reminder I make small quantities on purpose so you don't accidentally go twinning at you next time out.

However, the good news is if the demand is high for a thread, I may consider bringing it back. So don’t be afraid to tell me what you love, there is always a chance of a restock.
