Return & Exchange Process

Not happy, or need a different size use the hassle-free exchange link to begin processing your return or exchange.

To submit a Return Request:

1. Have your order number and email or shipping zip code available

2. Click here to begin your return request

3. Fill out the online form and submit

We offer exchanges and store credit for all returnable items. Madam37 does NOT offer original form of payment refunds for any items.

Return & Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery of your product. After 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

Upon approval of your return, your return merchandise must be received within 13 days. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).


All returning merchandise must be in its original condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of stains, makeup, perfume/cologne smells, deodorant and tags must be attached. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender.

Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within thirteen (13)  days of the email approving the Return Request. Please note that a store credit can not be issued until the original item has been received.

Non-Returnable Items

Stationery, custom orders, personalize items, and all "on sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Store Credits

A store credit is offered for customers who returns an item not eligible for a refund or an exchange is not available. It can be used to buy other threads and never expires. Store credits are only issued for the price of the returned item and does not include shipping fees.
