Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 hours of order submission, excluding weekends, and holidays, or unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. The email will be sent to the address used at checkout.
Please check your spam/junk folder and add shop@madam37.com to your contacts to ensure you receive updates.

After tracking details are received, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status and estimated delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information, including (but not limited to):

  • Correct abbreviations
  • Street numbers
  • Building, suite, or apartment numbers

Madam37 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you have a specific in-hand date (you need your order by a certain day), please:

  • Add the date needed in the Order Notes at checkout, and
  • Select an expedited shipping option at checkout

We will always do our best to meet your requested date, but we can’t promise miracles—shipping timelines and carrier delays are ultimately outside of our control, so delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Pre-Order Shipping

All pre-order items will begin shipping during the week specified on your order and during checkout, in the order they are received.

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together during the pre-order week (or shortly thereafter, depending on the order date).
  • You will be notified via email of any significant delays to your pre-order shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the weight of your items, destination, and shipping speed. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. orders of $200 or more (subtotal). Exclusions apply.
  • We also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Available options and pricing will be shown at checkout.

All quoted shipping timeframes refer to carrier in-transit time only and do not include order processing time.

Order processing times may be shorter for orders with expedited shipping, but all orders are still subject to our standard processing windows and pre-order timelines where applicable.


Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), it is in the care of the shipping carrier and out of Madam37’s direct control.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, leasing office, or mailroom
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation

If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly and open a missing mail/parcel claim using your tracking number.

Madam37 is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier, and refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these situations. However, we are committed to taking care of our Queens and will:

  • Assist you with order details and documentation
  • Help you follow the proper channels with the carrier to investigate your shipment

Any accommodations, such as reshipments or reimbursements, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Madam37 in collaboration with the carrier.


Shipping Options & Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx for addresses within the United States.

Specific carrier options and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service.
