Orders ship within 48-72 hours of order submission, excluding weekends, Mondays and holidays, or unless otherwise noted.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your orders ships. Email will be sent to the email used when the order was placed on the website. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder and add hello@madam37.com to your contacts list.

After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24–48 hours for updates to reflected estimated delivery date.

Please insure your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers.

All pre-orders will begin shipping on the date specified on your order, in the order received. If your order includes a "Pre-Order" item your entire order will ship together on the date specified on your pre-order item or shortly there after, depending on date received. You will be notified of any delays.

Shipping varies depending on the weight of your items and destination. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided on all U.S. orders of $150 or more (sub-total). Excludes: Orders with Gift Card Purchases.  

Priority shipping (2-3 Business Days) is delivered within 2-3 business days. This is in-transit time only and does not include the processing time.

Shipping occurs via USPS or UPS to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.
